compelling, reality-based training in crisis intervention/de-escalation; wellness; resiliency;
trauma-informed care; disabilities; tactics; personal safety; self-defense; and other topics.
We also provide risk and site vulnerability assessments.
CORE TRAINING SERVICES
Crisis Intervention/De-escalation
Crisis intervention is an immediate and short-term psychological care aimed at assisting individuals in a crisis situation to restore social balance to the situation and to minimize the potential for
long-term psychological trauma.
School/Educator Training
We help schools and educators identify violent behavior among students early so that prevention strategies can be implemented. Our school safety training programs help in the early detection and prevention of violence in the school setting.

Jeff Santelli, Owner
I'm a retired law enforcement officer and Air Force veteran. I formed my company in an effort to address the needs of companies and their employees in the area of customer relations through proven and effective ways of communication. I have an experienced team consisting of current and retired law enforcement officers, 9-1-1 dispatch supervisors, forensic psychologists and mental health professionals, professionally trained actors and coaches, and other subject matter professionals and experts who can truly relate to clients. We provide customized training based on the needs of our clients.
